Project Description
We’d like to showcase this elegant kitchen completed earlier this year for Farrans Homes in Lisburn city. The client chose ‘Egger Perfect Sense’ matt doors in two contrasting colours creating a perfectly paired look with kitchen island. The handles and knobs shown with a brushed nickel finish are from CPC in Cookstown.
Snowdrift solid quartz worktop was chosen (fitted by Stone Unlimited) with an undermount stainless steel bowl and a half sink. The client also raised the spec by choosing a chrome Pro 3 Quooker tap for instant boiling water. The design of this island offers space for a breakfast bar along the long side, a built in wine cooler and a handy drawer pack located under the built-in gas hob. The bespoke seating area / snug offers pull out drawer storage on either end and this stunning quartz table was also crafted in our workshop for this new home, working alongside Stone Unlimited for the quartz top.
We also constructed a dropped ceiling over the island with a built in extractor fan directly over the cooking area. As it’s fitted with LED lighting, it adds another dimension to the room, while housing the all important Innocenti brand extractor hood.
The American fridge freezer surround offers further storage while tying in the colour scheme with the rest of the kitchen. All appliances were sourced from McCoubreys Electrical in Ballynahinch. Wishing our clients many years of happiness in their new home.
