We were delighted to work on this stunning home in Moira recently completed by Viewpoint Developments. It combined classic country style with a modern twist choosing Farrow and Ball Railings in their island to partner beautifully with Cornforth White in their main units and utility room. The client chose Stratus White quartz to lift the colour in the room and compliment both colours beautifully.
You will notice a rangemaster professional deluxe 110 induction residing under a bespoke hand made mantle made deeper to serve as a shelf for family photographs or decorative displays. The silent yet efficient cooker hood is a Fischer Paykel integrated extractor in black glass. A Neff American style fridge freezer is also included in the line up of top quality appliances making this home as up to date and comfortable as possible.
A pro 3 quooker fusion in polished chrome was chosen as the main kitchen tap offering boiling water in an instant. It is made safe with the iconic built in double pump and twist function ensuring little hands never get burned, but when a quick cup of tea or coffee is needed it’s ready in an instant!
The finished unit height in this home was 2300, giving more useable space while elongating the appearance and feel of the room. The utility room was completely built in with washing machine and tumble dryer in stacking layout to make even more use of the space available.
